More commonly known as "Peacock Ore," Bornite is an important copper ore mineral. It's highly sought after for its copper content which runs about 63% by mass. The 4.50-size specimens are approximately 1-1.5 inches wide while the higher priced specimens are around 2.5 inches wide.
