Celestite or Celestine is strontium sulfate in a "quartz-like" crystal form and is a principal source of the element strontium, which is used in the making of fireworks and metal alloys. Metaphysically, Celestite is said to be a spiritual stone amplifying all things related to the mind--calming and sharpening the mind as well as opening pathways to mental clarity.
